Download for Windows
  1. Open the downloaded file.
  2. If Windows shows a blue "unrecognized app" box, click More info then Run anyway.
  3. A window opens. When we connect, click Accept. That is all.

בעברית: מורידים ופותחים את הקובץ. אם חלון כחול מופיע לוחצים "More info" ואז "Run anyway". כשנתחבר, לוחצים Accept.

Download for Mac
  1. Open the downloaded file. If Mac says it is from an unidentified developer, open System Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway, then open it again.
  2. Click through the short installer. RemoteAssist opens by itself.
  3. The first time, Mac asks to allow Screen Recording and Accessibility. Turn both on for RustDesk when asked (this is required by macOS for any screen help).
  4. When we connect, click Accept. That is all.

בעברית: פותחים את הקובץ. אם ה-Mac חוסם, נכנסים להגדרות המערכת > פרטיות ואבטחה, לוחצים "Open Anyway" ופותחים שוב. עוברים את ההתקנה הקצרה. בפעם הראשונה ה-Mac מבקש לאשר הקלטת מסך ונגישות - מדליקים את שניהם. כשנתחבר, לוחצים Accept.
